1. How can I place an order on GenericMart?

To place an order, browse through our categories, select your desired products, and click on "Add to Cart." Once you're ready to check out, click on the cart icon, review your items, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

  • Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)


3. Can I use Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most products in India. You will have the option to choose COD during the checkout process if it's available for your location.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor the status of your delivery.


6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us via our Contact Us page immediately. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.


7. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


8. How can I request a refund?

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. For COD orders, we will refund via bank transfer or UPI.


9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Share photos or videos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, GenericMart ships only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.


11. Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
