3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most products unless specified otherwise.

  • In case of any shipping fee, it will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

4. Serviceable Areas

  • We ship all across India, including major cities and rural areas.

  • If your location is unserviceable, we will inform you and refund the order amount if already paid.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • In rare cases, deliveries might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package is delayed or not received within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us through the Contact Us page.

  • For COD orders: If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that is damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If you accept the package and later find a problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
